CrossFit Campbell – MP

MP wk 3 – 90×5, 100×3, 110×5

Did some jumping dips, a round on the parallel bars. Didn’t push very hard because of the tenderness in my left elbow. I tried the wrapping and range of motion from MobWOD but need to get a different band and get a super friend to wrap it.
